Delivery Terms

We offer delivery on request, Monday-Sunday. 

LOCAL/HAND DELIVERY

Delivery pricing is based on distance from our local flower shop and arrive between 10 am - 8pm, depending on our delivery driver's route for the day. Please note that these times may be affected by weather or holiday volume and are not guaranteed. For time-specific delivery, please contact us for a courier quote. 

 

Delivery Process

To ensure a successful delivery, please provide us with accurate and complete delivery information, including the recipient's name, address, phone number, and any special delivery instructions. Please note: we cannot accommodate timed requests unless you have contacted us for a courier quote. 

Our delivery team will ensure that your flowers are carefully packaged and delivered in a timely and professional manner. We are not responsible for any theft or damage to the flowers after delivery.

Timed Delivery

If you need timed delivery, please contact us and we'll get a courier quote for your order. Additional fees will apply and these may range anywhere between $30-$200+ depending on time, distance, and order quantity. Give us a call or email us with your order number to inquire.

If the recipient is not available to receive the order

Once our third party delivery team has attempted to deliver the flowers, they will call the recipient (depending on the phone numbers provided). If we are unable to reach the recipient, we will leave the flowers at the delivery location provided.

Please note that we are not responsible for any theft or damage to the flowers once they have been delivered or left at the delivery location. If you have any concerns about the security of the delivery location, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Apartments & Condominiums

A buzzer/door code needs to be provided when possible - if the driver cannot enter the building, and concierge/security is not available to let them in - the order will be left at the foyer/buzzer room or outside of the building.

If a security person or concierge is obligated to receive the flowers on the recipient's behalf, we cannot accept responsibility beyond this point.

 

UNDELIVERED / FAILED DELIVERY

If a recipient rejects the delivery, for whatever reason, MIX Floral Studio will not provide a refund and cannot be held liable for the recipient’s decision. 

If the wrong delivery address was provided, MIX Floral Studio will not provide a refund and cannot be held liable for the sender’s negligence. 

If the recipient was not home and the order had to be left at the delivery address without supervision, MIX Floral Studio will not provide a refund and cannot be held liable for the order once it arrived.
